Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.
Use LeadGap to contact businesses about services you genuinely offer. Identify yourself honestly, honour opt-out requests immediately, and follow anti-spam and telemarketing laws where your leads are (for example CAN-SPAM and TCPA in the US, GDPR/PECR in the EU and UK). Don't use the platform to harass, scrape personal data of individuals, or send bulk unsolicited mail. We may suspend accounts that do.
Lead data comes from third parties (OpenStreetMap contributors, Google, Instagram via data providers) and may be incomplete or out of date. Verify before you rely on it.
Plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the paid period ends. Unused credits don't roll over.
Call charges for Pro are included within fair use. Calls may be recorded only if you tell the other person and it is legal where they are.
The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
